Become a FastPay Merchant |

The UCSF FastPay card is similar to a pre-paid phone card. It is available to all UCSF employees, faculty, and students. Money deposited to a FastPay account can be used to make debit purchases at restaurants and stores all over UCSF. Merchants who join the program will be given marketing materials to display around their stores acknowledging that FastPay is accepted at their locations. The program is administered by the Department of Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) at UCSF Medical Center. FastPay materials include countertop displays and decals for the windows and entryways. Participating merchants will also be listed on all FastPay advertisements and printed materials. Additionally, merchants will be listed on the FastPay website, which is updated regularly with new merchant information. Merchants interested in participating in the FastPay program must take the following steps:
Upon receiving notification of acceptance into the FastPay Program:
In exchange for the services provided (including operation of the card program, account management, promotional activities, etc.) each merchant must agree to pay the UCSF Department of Nutrition & Food Services a monthly membership fee. This monthly membership fee is set with the vendor based on FastPay sales. For merchants that accept FastPay prepaid and voucher cards, NFS will reimburse merchants for net sales processed via FastPay, less the monthly fee, via an ACH electronic payment directly to a designated bank account.
